It was a pleasure to engage with such a well-organized and thoughtful team, whose dedication to providing students with diverse, globally-relevant learning opportunities was clear. The students showed enthusiasm and curiosity, with questions and comments on sustainability challenges, and the practical impact of JICA-supported initiatives. Their interest in real-world applications of Sustainable Development Strategies made for a dynamic and rewarding experience and I appreciated the opportunity to share perspectives from my fieldwork in Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topic: <\/strong>Sustainable Development Strategies: Practical insights from field experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Speaker: <\/strong><em>Prof.\u00a0Dr. Peter Lutes<\/em>, <em>Chair International Exchange Committeee<\/em><br><em>Faculty of Agriculture, Graduate School of Agriculture<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract: <\/strong>Dr. Peter Lutes will deliver a guest lecture on Sustainable Development Strategies (SDS), offering students practical insights drawn from his international experience in Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan. Through case studies and strategic communication examples, students will explore the interdisciplinary nature of sustainability and develop critical perspectives on global challenges.
