The most recently described subspecies. We have not had the opportunity to examine the specimens, so the following description is based on the original description.
(Spotted pattern)
♂：Both sides of FW have broad, relatively short unclear vein-stripes along V2nd – V7th submarginally. The subcostal space on HW has small a golden spot. There is also a small black spot on the anal angle of space 2.
♀: Intermediate form: The ground color of FW dark brown, with faded vein-stripes as in ♂. The subcostal space without yellow spot. Apical 1/3 of the cell are yellow. Dark discal spots are missing on spaces 3 – 5 (male pattern? or aberration?).
