Along with O. alexandrae, another champion of birdwings is O. goliath, especially the largest subspecies, procus. In addition to the power of its gigantic size, the contrast between the large size of the semi-translucent golden spots on the hind wings and the green spots running along the wing veins is incomparable in its opulence.
