Our programs combine&nbsp;<strong>advanced coursework with hands-on research<\/strong>, giving you the knowledge and skills to address real-world challenges in agriculture, food science, and biological sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students join one of three academic divisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bio-resource Production Science<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applied Bio-resource Science<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rare Sugar Science<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These Master\u2019s programs are taught&nbsp;<strong>in English<\/strong>, providing an accessible and supportive academic environment for international students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, selected programs offer a pathway to doctoral study through the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ag.kagawa-u.ac.jp\/aap\/\">United Graduate School of Agricultural Science (PhD)<\/a><\/strong>, and to the <strong>Doctoral Program of the Graduate School Of Science For Creative Emergence (PhD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The Graduate School of Agriculture offers two specialized Master\u2019s options for international students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) <strong>Special Master\u2019s Course for International Scholars<\/strong> (M. Sc.)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This English-taught program is ideal for students who wish to strengthen their academic background and prepare for doctoral study in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taught&nbsp;<strong>entirely in English<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open to both&nbsp;<strong>government-sponsored and self-funded students<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible for&nbsp;<strong>Japanese Government (MEXT) scholarships<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focuses on research training and academic development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides a strong pathway to&nbsp;<strong>PhD study through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ag.kagawa-u.ac.jp\/aap\/\">United Graduate School of Agricultural Science (PhD)<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) <strong>Special Master\u2019s Program in Sustainable Food Production and Management<\/strong> (M.
