Ten undergraduate students (1st &amp; 2nd year) from the Faculty of Agriculture, of Kagawa University visited the Faculty of Biotechnology of Assumption University, Bangkok, Thailand from February 19 &#8211; 28. During the program, students learned about sensory testing, cheese production, Thai culture and history, as well as visiting KCG Corporation, a major dairy product producer.<\/p>\n<p>The success of the program greatly hinges on the organization and cooperation of the\u00a0Faculty of Biotechnology of\u00a0Assumption University.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biotech.au.edu\/index.php?view=category&amp;catid=23&amp;option=com_joomgallery&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\">Assumption University Visit Page<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We
