Interns visited Chiayi from December 2 to December 7, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The visit began with a warm welcome from the Vice-President of&nbsp;Chiayi University and the Dean of the&nbsp;College of Agriculture to the Dean of the&nbsp;Faculty of Agriculture of Kagawa Unversity.<\/p>\n<p>At the College of Agriculture, interns had the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit NCYU Laboratories<\/li>\n<li>Discuss their research with NCYU Professors individually at the labs<\/li>\n<li>Visit the&nbsp;Campus &amp; Library Complex<\/li>\n<li>Visit the&nbsp;Insect Museum<\/li>\n<li>Visit the&nbsp;Horticultural Technology Center<\/li>\n<li>Visit the<\/li>\n<li>Visit the<\/li>\n<li>Visit the&nbsp;Southern Museum<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>They also visited<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Honey Museum in Tainan-City<\/li>\n<li>a coffee factory in Tainan-City<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kagawa University Faculty gave presentations on:<br \/>\n-Vegetable Crops Production under Climatic Change in Japan<br \/>\n-Academic Opportunities for International Students at the Faculty of&nbsp;Agriculture, Kagawa University<br \/>\n-Career Development Program on Food Safety<\/p>\n<p>The Faculty of Agriculture of Kagawa Unversity would like to express our warmest thanks to the&nbsp;College of Agriculture of Chiayi University for hosting the successful
