Development of a New, Small Food Business
(Food safety: preparation and handling; Product Development and Promotion, and Back-casting for Business Model Development)
This special program was developed as part of the Training Program for Japanese Descendants. It is supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). To purpose of this program is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to establish a a new food business in their home countries. This program was first begun in 2019.
