Stage 1: Screening of application 1st Preliminary selection (Interview)
Submission deadline: November 7, 2025
1st Preliminary selection (Interview): November 25, 2025 – December 5, 2025
All applicants will be notified the results by E-mail on December 9, 2025. No inquiries regarding the results will be answered.
Stage 2: 2nd Preliminary selection (Interview)
Applicants will be interviewed, in person or via teleconferencing, by the Admissions Committee of the Special Master’s Program on Sustainable Food Production and Management.
2nd Preliminary selection (Interview): December 11, 2025 – December 26, 2025
All applicants will be notified the results by E-mail on January 6, 2026. No inquiries regarding the results will be answered.
Stage 3: Submission of Application Documents
The required documents and the supporting documentation must be received by January 30, 2026. Late applications will not be considered for admission. All applicants must discuss their proposed research with a prospective professor.

Stage 4: Final Selection
February 2, 2026 – February 4, 2026
Stage 5: Announcement of Final selection result
The Admissions Committee of the Special Master’s Program on Sustainable Food Production and Management will make an official Offer of Admission to the successful applicants.

Scholarships
The following scholarships are available, but their availabilities are depending on the candidate’s individual situation Please contact the Project support Office. Candidates will be informed about how to apply before or after enrollment at Kagawa University.
