Kagawa University Agriculture

On February 10, 2016, a delegation from the Faculty of Agriculture of Chiang Mai University visited the Faculty of Agriculture of Kagawa University.

The CMU delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Vice President for International Affairs, Professor Tokuda to discuss international exchange activities and the upcoming Chiang Mai University / Kagawa University Joint Symposium. Following this, discussions were held regarding international exchange activities and strategies (Prof. Kawamura, International Exchange Chair, Prof. Ogawa, & Assoc. Prof. Lutes, International Exchange Committee). The delegation then visited some of research facilities: The Food Hygiene Laboratory (Prof Kawamura faculty), the Food Engineering Laboratory (Prof. Yoshii) Applied Enzyme Chemistry (rare sugar) Laboratory (Assoc. Prof. Takada). Further discussions were held with Prof. Kataoka, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Prof. Tajima, Professor Emeritus. The Faculty of Agriculture was pleased to welcome the delegation from Chiang Mai University and looks forward to further international exchange and activities with Chiang Mai University.
