Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep (RUTK)

The Faculty of Agriculture and the Graduate School of Agriculture of Kagawa University welcomed a delegation from Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep (RUTK) of Thailand. The RUTK delegation was led by Vice-President Sawat Srimuangthon and Dean Anurag Navapornpisal of the Faculty of Science and Technology and consisted of 28 academics from the Faculty of Science and Technology、Engineering、Technical Education、Business Administration、Liberal Arts、Textile Industries、and Home Economies Technology. RUTK has 7 faculties, 380 faculty members, and 12,00 students.

Kagawa University was represented by Dean, Prof. Fukai, Vice-Dean, Prof. Akimitsu, International Exchange Committee Chair, Prof. Kawamura, International Exchange Committee Vice-Chair, Assoc. Prof. Lutes, Takada Ogawa (Food Science) and Assoc. Prof. Takada (Rare Sugar)

This first visit commenced by an introduction of each university and was punctuated by discussions on key research, education topics and future international collaboration through student exchange and research collaboration.
