Faculty of Agriculture Hosts Interns from Assumption University of Thailand and Kasetsart University

In April and May, the Faculty of Agriculture was pleased to host four interns from Assumption University of Thailand (2) and Kasetsart University (2). The closing ceremony for this internship program was held on Thursday, May 23, 2023.

Dean Professor Ogawa presented the interns with Certificates of Completion. Attendees included Professor Kara Mura, Vice Dean for International Affairs, Professor Lutes, Chair of the International Exchange Committee, and the host professors, Professor Yonekura and Assistant Professor Ishii. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, with participants from both Assumption University of Thailand and Kasetsart University joining virtually.

While the interns cam here to study and learn about scientific research, they also had a chance to experience Japan as you can see here is a short reel that one intern shared.
