The food crisis, health problems, and environmental problems are the most important issues facing humanity. The agricultural sciences have taken a leading role in these issues with the aim for “symbiosis of nature and human being”. Agricultural sciences have expanded in scope to cover a wide range of research in production, utilization, and processing of food and valuable biomaterials, as well as life science and the global environment. The Faculty of Agriculture provides a high standard of education and research opportunities to those who wish to study agricultural sciences.
The Graduate School of Agriculture is housed in the Faculty of Agriculture. The Graduate School offers an academic program for a master’s degree (Master of Science in Agriculture). The Faculty of Agriculture and Graduate School of Agriculture accept international students from all over the world.
