The Graduate School of Agriculture is housed on the Faculty of Agriculture. The Graduate School offers an academic program for master's degree. The Graduate School consists of the following three academic divisions and a special Master's course:
・ Division of Bioresource Production Science
・ Division of Applied Bioresource Science
・ Division of Rare Sugar Science
In addition to the above-mentioned three divisions, Graduate School of Agriculture offers a special Master’s program for foreign students from Asia, Africa, and the Pacific Rim (AAP program). This is the program for those who want to study Horticultural Sciences, Food and Life Sciences, and Coastal Sea Environmental Sciences. Applicants with excellent academic record will be able to receive the Postgraduate Scholarship from Japanese Government (The Japanese Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture). A feature of AAP program is that all the instructions are given in English. For the students of AAP program, classes in Japanese language, culture and custom are also available on request. Students who were awarded a Master’s degree from AAP program are expected to continuously proceed to a special Doctoral program for foreign students from Asia, Africa, and the Pacific Rim of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Ehime University consisting of Ehime, Kagawa and Kochi Universities
