We are proud to announce that Ms. Aya Muraguchi, a master’s student from the Graduate School of Agriculture, Kagawa University, has received the Best Poster Presenter Award at the prestigious 3rd ISBMB International Seminar, held in conjunction with the 28th ISBMB National Seminar from June 25 to 27, 2025, in Bogor, Indonesia.
Her award-winning poster, titled:
“Safety Test of Black Soldier Fly and Lethal Activity of Bark Extract Using Brine Shrimp Method”
was recognized for its scientific quality, innovative approach, and clarity of presentation. This research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Toshisada Suzuki, PhD, in the Biomass Chemistry Laboratory at the Graduate School of Kagawa University.
The international seminar, themed “Synergizing Agriculture, Marine Science, and Health Through Biochemistry”, brought together leading researchers and young scientists from across Asia to share the latest developments in biochemical research applied to sustainable development.
Ms. Muraguchi’s achievement highlights the strength of international collaboration and the high quality of research being conducted by graduate students at Kagawa University. We extend our sincere congratulations to her and look forward to her continued success in the field of sustainable biomass science.
