農学研究科食と環境保全特別コース第１６期生のMUFLIH Muhammad Hanifさん（髙田研究室）が、2/5-6にタイ・チェンマイで開催された国際学会「The 8th International Conference on Foor and Applied Bioscience2026」においてベストポスター賞を受賞しました。 発表タイトルは、 “The Sensory Evaluation and Characteristics of Awa-Bancha, Japanese Post-Fermented Tea at Different Brewing Conditions, Sensory Wheel and Terminology Development for Awa-Bancha”です
