1.Educational approach
I oversee the International Scientific English Program (ISC) in the Faculty of Agriculture and the specialized English courses for the Graduate School of Agriculture. My approaches to English language education are strongly based in active learning, task-based and project-based learning. In my classes, I focus on developing English skills that are required while in agriculture and that can be applied to practical English for use on the job after graduation.
In short, “We do not study English, but we use English to study other skills”. Communication is an important part of developing as a students, as workers, and a productive members of society. If you are a good communicator, you can be a good listener, a good team player , and a good leader. Communication is an important part of growing as a student, a member of society and an organization. We want you to develop communication skills to help you reach your goals.
