The 2013 Kagawa University • Kasesart University International Internship was held at the the Faculty of Fisheries, and Institute of Food Research and Product development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University in November of 2013. participants also visited Chulalongkorn University.
The internship focussed on food science studies and experiences. It included scientific lectures, factory visits and hands-on training with English as the language of instruction. The 16 interns were lead by Prof. Tamura, Prof. Kawamura & Associate Prof. Lutes.
