The 2015-1 Kagawa University • 2015-1 Kagawa University • Chiang Mai University International Internship was held at the the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University in February of 2015.
The internship focussed on food science studies and cultural experiences. It included scientific lectures, factory visits and hands-on training with English as the language of instruction. The 8 interns were lead by Assoc. Prof. Lutes and Specially Appointed Lecturer William Seil.
