The 2016-1 Kagawa University • Chiang Mai University International Internship was held at the the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University in February and march of 2016.
The internship focussed on food science studies and cultural experiences. It included scientific lectures, factory visits and hands-on training with English as the language of instruction. The 8 interns were lead by Assoc. Prof. Lutes.
