The 2019-2 Kagawa University • Kasesart University International Internship Faculty of Fisheries, and Institute of Food Research and Product development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University August 19 – September 1, 2018. Participants also visited Chulalongkorn University and Assumption University.
They also attended the Chiang Mai University Kagawa University 7th Joint Symposium.
The internship focussed on food science studies and experiences. It included scientific lectures, factory visits and hands-on training with English as the language of instruction. The 16 interns were lead by Prof. Kawamura & Assoc. Prof. Lutes.
