Mr. TOMIMOTO Suguru, OB, visited the Faculty of Agriculture on Friday July 14, 2023 to talk to current English students about careers. Mr. TOMIMOTO has been a role model for many students as he achieved a TOEIC score of 940 while still a student.
Mr. TOMIMOTO discussed how language ability impacted his career and opened many new possibilities for him. He also stressed the importance of good communication skills in Japanese, posture, and using polite Japanese at all times in the hiring process.
His talk was warmly received by the 20 students in attendance, and his frank comments were highly appreciated. We all look forward to his next visit.
