It covers key concepts, such as the difference between ordinal and nominal data, the dual nature of Likert data, and tips for designing effective questionnaires. The focus is on best practices, overcoming challenges, and the importance of well-crafted questions for accurate results. While foundational, this session does not include detailed statistical methods.
