Overview
The 2026 JICA Training Program for Japanese Descendants will be held in Japan at the JICA Yokohama Center and at Kagawa University’s Saiwai and Agriculture Campuses.
“Development of a New, Small Food Business” is supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as part of its Training Program for Japanese Descendants. The program gives people of Japanese descent the opportunity to visit Japan, acquire practical techniques and knowledge, and apply them to the social, technical, and scientific development of their home countries. This year’s course focuses on equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to establish a new food business in their home countries.
The 2026 program welcomes 6 trainees from Brazil.
