On March 10, 2026, I met with Associate Professor Ronald Allan L. Cruz, Chair of the Department of Biology, together with faculty members and representatives from the Office of the Assistant Vice President for University Partnerships and Internationalization.
Discussions focused on exploring opportunities for new academic initiatives and institutional cooperation. We considered potential areas for collaboration in research, student mobility, and broader international engagement.
