On March 5, 2026, I visited the University of the Philippines Los Baños and met with Prof. Dr. Jomar Fajardo Rabajante, Dean of the Graduate School.
Our discussion focused on restarting academic cooperation and identifying new opportunities for graduate-level collaboration between our institutions. We explored potential pathways to strengthen engagement in graduate education and research, with particular attention to creating sustainable frameworks for collaboration.
This visit marked an important step in reactivating institutional ties and identifying areas for future development.
