On March 11, 2026, I visited the University of the Philippines Diliman and met with Prof. Dr. Sanchez, Dean of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition (DFSN), College of Home Economics, along with faculty members.
Our discussion focused on potential collaboration in food science research and graduate education. We explored opportunities to align academic strengths and develop joint initiatives that support both research and student development.
