On March 11, Prof. Peter Lutes met with Mr. Daigo Sato, Vice Principal of the Teikyo Malaysia Japanese Language Institute (Pusat Bahasa Teikyo).
The meeting provided an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the institute’s Japanese language training programs, which have been highly regarded based on the strong academic preparation demonstrated by students who have continued their studies at Kagawa University. Particular attention was given to the role of language education in supporting successful academic transition and long-term student development. The discussion also explored potential pathways to further strengthen collaboration, including the promotion of study opportunities in Japan and the continued development of well-prepared international students.
This visit, together with other engagements in Malaysia, provided valuable opportunities to strengthen academic networks and reinforce connections that support future student mobility and institutional collaboration.
