Exchange between International Students and the ESS English Club of Miki Junior High School

On December 9, 2024, from 16:00 to 17:00, three new international students from the Special Master’s Program on Sustainable Food Production and Management of theGraduate School of Agriculture met with 16 students from the ESS English Club of Miki Junior High School at the Faculty of Agriculture Campus. The three international students introduced their countries, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, in simple English and Japanese. Then they exchanged questions about countries they would like to visit, traditional foods, sports, and how they spend their free time with each other.

The exchange between the international students from the Faculty of Agriculture and the ESS English Club of Miki Junior High School will continue on a regular basis. We hope that the students will learn more about language and cross-cultural understanding through this activity.
